For many reasons, my wife & I hadn't filed our taxes in a couple of years. We were fearful of the IRS coming after us and Mr. Randolph had been referred to us by a neighbor. We were scared @ the first meeting, but he is such a nice man, and so young, that we felt comfortable. We learned that Mr. ...Randolph only hires Enrolled Agents, or EAs as they are known, to prepare taxes in his firm. Once we researched what an EA is, we were very confident. The lady who prepared our taxes was so friendly and knowledgeable that our fears just drifted away. It turns out she's a dog lover, so we chatted about our fur babies. When all was said and done, she was able to get all our penalties and interest waived and it turned out we were getting refunds for all those years. She then looked @ the previous year's tax return, found an error that another firm had made and got us an additional refund. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Randolph & his staff. They have a way of calming you through what could be a very stressful time in your life. I wholeheartedly recommend The Randolph Law Firm to anyone who needs tax representation, to file bankruptcy or to save their home.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences while working with Randolph Law Firm. I originally came to Mr. Randolph and his team for tax advice and help. I made an appointment for a complimentary consultation with Attorney Randolph. His location is extremely far away from my home, however, I wanted to... come to him after doing some research and browsing other tax attorneys in the Las Vegas area. I felt as though he had the most experience in what I needed help with. During our initial consultation, Mr. Randolph explained everything that I needed to know and thoroughly answered my questions. He was very courteous and non-judgmental when I asked him to repeat information or explain it in a different way when I initially did not understand. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away, even though I initially came into his office embarrassed about my situation. As I mentioned, he was very understanding and non-judgmental. After meeting with Attorney Randolph, right away I was contacted by Deana, one of the ladies that works with Mr. Randolph. From our initial contact until now, Deana has been absolutely amazing. She answers ALL of my questions (and believe me, I have plenty of questions!) in a very timely manner. Her email communication is excellent. She is very quick to respond to my emails. If she doesn’t know the answer to any of my question, she says that she will find out for me, and ALWAYS follows up. She also has wonderful telephone communication, informing me of any information that she needs immediately. I am very thankful for Attorney Randolph and his team. I have had dealings with two different law firms over the last 4 years. One was bad, and the one after them was actually terrible. How refreshing! He was kind, intelligent and compassionate. Had I accidentally walked into the office of a sociologist? This man didn't act like we were on the clock. He didn't treat me like cattle that needed to be herded through the system. He was thorough. We talked. We laughed. He totally understood my situation. When the interview was over, he looked me directly in the eye, and said he felt he could help. And, oh my goodness, he has lived up to his word! He is decisive and moves quickly. I am already getting results and tremendous relief from the actions he has taken. I feel like a thousand pounds has been lifted off my chest. E-mails? Answered instantly, even on Saturdays! Phone calls? Answered and acknowledged immediately. You ALWAYS know what's going on, and Attorney Randolph and his crew watch over you like you are family. I say "crew" with a chuckle The "crew" that I have the pleasure of working with sometimes is one magnificent fellow by the name of Leo Collins III. Attorney Randolph meets with you, hashes out what needs to happen, then sends his able assistant Leo in with whatever paperwork needs to be signed, or verbal instructions that need to be followed. Leo is also a down to earth, for real person, who is obviously in your corner and on your side. I am currently 63 years of age. I have dealt with attorneys from many different disciplines, from entertainment attorneys to the latest Workman's Comp disappointments. Never, have I worked with an attorney that I have ended up respecting, appreciating, and being thankful for. It took a lifetime, but I finally found him. Attorney Randolph is the man and you'd be shooting yourself in the foot if you approached any other tax attorney first. And if you think this review is paid for, think again. Leo was the contact paralegal that kept in touch with me throughout my case. He was on top of everything and returned my calls and messages very quickly.
