So this is the third time we've replied to Ibrahim's review because he keeps changing his review every time we respond to it. Ibrahim deposited a 4k divorce retainer and we represented him from July 2025 through September 2025, which in divorce litigation is a LONG time on an initial retainer because these cases tend to be front-heavy, especially when a client isn't cooperating. We uploaded a "needs list" within a day of being retained that literally tells our clients (1) the divorce process (2) what we need and (3) how to save yourself money when providing the required documents. We could not make it any easier for him. Ibrahim did not follow instructions and our records show that we were asking him for documents right up until the day we withdrew from the case; we provided him a specific monthly list and he did not cooperate. And he even owed us funds when we withdrew and we didn't chase him for it. Ibrahim had one hearing, after which he told us he was completely satisfied with our services. The case didn't settle because they don't agree on certain terms and Ibrahim still hadn't complied with all the disclosure rules, which we reminded him of at least ten times while representing him. Ibrahim contacted us for more assistance shortly before leaving a 1 star review, which he likely left because we were not interested in working with him again after exhibiting some erratic behaviors. Worth noting, we contacted Ibrahim directly to resolve the review because he used an alias and we didn't know who was. We take our clients very seriously. We OWN our cases and that's our character. We don't use an alias and our results speak for themselves. Judging from the other reviews in Ibrahim's profile on google it appears that Ibrahim needs to do some further reflection on his expectations. We wish you the best going forward Ibrahim.
