I have practiced federal Bankruptcy law since 2009 in both Chapter 7 and 13 proceedings. However, it is no longer a main area of focus for my practice.

Greetings! My name is Marilyn Caston and I am a local Family Law attorney. Las Vegas has been my home for the past 30 years and I couldn't imagine practicing anywhere else. I graduated from our Boyd School of Law in 2008 as a single mom, passed the Nevada bar in 2009, and have been dedicated to my hometown clients ever since. I have personally felt the sting of divorce and co-parented with an ex for over 16 years so I have empathy and compassion for what you're going through. Someone I feel comfortable with who gets things done

I have had a few attorney's I've hired for an enduring custody battle, and after I thought all was lost in hiring a truly reliable attorney, Marilyn came along and has helped me so much. Marilyn does what she says she will do, and goes to bat for you. The thing is she understood everything I said to her and is compassionate about the matters I was concerned about. I highly recommend at least consulting with her, her team is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Bankruptcy

Marilyn has been the very best, I will never use any else! She took the time to explain the process and my options. After I filed my 13, I had some pretty big changes in my family and wanted to switch to 7, she was completely supportive of my decision and even help me come up with additional options, should I need them. Going in front of the trustee was very intimidating, I was so relieved to have her by my side. She is very knowledgeable and always on top of things.

Bankruptcy / Family Court

Marilyn is truly amazing. She help me out with my bankruptcy situation. I never felt so relieved knowing she took care of everything. All the debt collection calls was so stressful to deal with on my own. Marilyn would pick up my calls and answer my emails in a timely manner. She also helped out with a family court case. She give 100% when she is in the court room. She makes you feel like your case is the only case she’s working on. Anyone who has her as their lawyer is truly in good hands! She is the best and will put up a good fight!! Our family loves her and appreciate everything she has done for us!!

My Saving Grace

I have needed Marilyn on a few cases for me, from criminal to family law. It's been a long long hard road to get to where we are today. Marilyn was right when she said this was gonna be a tuff battle to win, 2 years later we are about to make things happen. I could not have done this without her, she is a great support team, she has guided me through tuff times, she's picked me up when I was down and most importantly she helped me realize why this fight was so important. I love all her encougment messages and I always felt like I had a warrior fighting for me in my corner. Marilyn is now more then a lawyer but someone I will never forget and someone I look up too. *Awesome Family Supporter *

My husband and I hired Marilyn to represent us with my husband's children custody. Thanks to her now we have FULL custody I would never have to repay her of how my step son's one being disabled is entitle to live a happy life and not going thru the neglect he used to go. She was there every step of the way from end to beginning and still until this day she keeps in touch with us to see how is all going. She's a very polite , professional and family human after all. As a matter of fact my older daughter will be also hiring Marilyn to fight her child custody case.

Please don't trust this woman!

She will make you believe one thing then completely turn on you. Thanks to her I now have to share my daughter with my abuser. She did not try at all to defend us or represent us. I basically hired her to give this man the custody he wanted. She will sugar coat things for you then turn it on you once you're in front of the judge. She failed to disclose so many things to me regarding the case.
