John Jones will deliver

John Jones has been my family court advocate for the past 6 years. My case was a challenging and contentious child custody case that was appealed (unsuccessfully)to the Nevada Supreme Court. John was invested and committed to my case and wrote brilliant filings, but what sets him apart is his acumen... as litigator. John won a change of custody for me in district court and then argued the appeal before the en banc (affirmed 7-0) . He is simply the best family court attorney.

John Jones Family Lawyer

John was recommended to me through a friend. When I met him he and I connected well because like myself John has a very direct personality with no reservations about saying what he thinks. He was perfect. He is very professional. John got me what I wanted in the case for custody of my son. John i...s is above and beyond the best in knowing the Nevada Family Law and court systems. He understood very well the type of individual my ex was and handled the situation appropriately. He is still, and will continue to be my lawyer in my son's custody case. You definitely can not go wrong with John Jones.

Attorney John Jones = "Second to None" Family Law Expert!

If you are contemplating divorce, or in my case, I was unexpectantly served divorce papers....you MUST meet and retain John Jones. My divorce was the ugliest and most trying part of my life, and my estranged wife was unreasonable, unfaithful, and unethical, making the challenge that more difficult at... times. John sat me down in his office, allowing me to nutshell my marriage and how we had got to this point-he actually listened to me and within five minutes I knew I had come to the right place. He explained realistic expectations regarding custody of my children, financial obligations (support & alimony). He gave me a simple checklist of items he needed in order to draft an immediate and distinct counter-motion, which shifted my case into a high-powered offense, from an uncertain defensive stance. John always made himself available to me, and the ability to have two-way, real time communication proved invaluable, allowing us to keep momentum when countering occurred. John knows every aspect of family law, and his experience and negotiation skills, allowed us to WIN in and out of the courtroom. I won with custody, asset division, child support and alimony! Excellent attorney

John Jones is fluent in all aspects of Family Law and is a highly skilled litigator. He is an unwavering client advocate who practices with integrity and compassion. He will never placate you, as his client, rather he will speak to you straight about the facts of your case. He is quick on his feet a...nd is able to effectively manage and argue your case, inside and out of the courtroom. He has great skill in rapidly understanding the facts and nuances of your case and then establishing a sound legal strategy moving forward. Bottom line is that John Jones is a smart lawyer who will fight hard and stick with you through every stage of your legal battle. The more is at stake in your case.. The more you should consider retaining John Jones. I have been with John through an extremely challenging family court battle, and I have questioned many things through the process, but my choice of lawyer was never one of them.
