Sharp,Smart,Very Professional

Moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2014. Needed to make sure my Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts met Nevada law. She reviewed both documents, no problem with ILIT, but, Delwyn made some suggestions re: Revocable Trust that made a lot of sense. Professional, Helpful, and Responsive

After my father died I realized the importance of creating a trust for my assets, a will, and powers of attorney for health care and other purposes. Delwyn not only worked with me to develop documents that met my needs versus simply using boiler plate, but even answered some questions I had on my la...te father's trust. I'm happy to continue to work with her to review and update my documents as needed.

Most people who have researched probate avoidance are familiar with revocable “living” trusts. When properly constructed and funded a Trust will avoid probate for a fraction of the probate costs.

Creating an estate plan is the best way to avoid probate following death; however many do not prepare for the inevitable. I am passionate about helping clients get their estates in order and for those who did not, helping their loved ones navigate the somewhat complex probate process.

While on-one wants to see their loved one becoming a 'protected person', it is oftentimes in their own best interests.
