Very good Estate Planning Attorney

Delwyn has been the Estate Planning attorney for my parents, my Mother-In-Law, my Brother and for my wife and I. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and I would strongly recommend her.

A Brilliant Trust & Estate Administrator

When, several years ago, my wife and I determined we needed to begin planning for the eventual dissolution of our estate, we were introduced to Delwyn Weber. Over the intervening years, across two separate firms, Delwyn has provided valuable advice and counsel as we navigate the troubled waters surro...unding the death of our only child. His passing created significant challenges to our estate plans and Delwyn was there to answer questions, provide guidance and execute necessary documents. It was a rare occasion that a question or need was not answered within a 12 hour period. We do not (fortunately?) have experience with a wide range of attorneys; as a result, it would be disingenuous to offer a performance comparison. We lack that comparative experience for a very simple reason, Delwyn Weber has provided everything we needed or asked for. We would be completely confident to recommend her legal services to a family member.

Excellent Trust Attorney

Over the years I have used a few trust Attorneys for drawing up, reinstating and updating my trust. Ms Webber helped me in a few of updates through the years. She is unquestionably the best. She is knowledgeable, thorough, competent and she cared. She took me through different scenarios and caref...ully guided me to make the appropriate decision for each possibility. I strongly recommend her to any one who is concerned about drawing up a comprehensive trust.

Recommendation of a Job well done

I hired Ms Webber to help me with my Friend's Trust/Estate Probate case and Ms. Webber not only put me at ease and took care of handling the Trust/Estate in a timely manner. Further, Ms. Webber, explained the process and the Probate Laws of Neveda. I am a retired Superior Court Clerk from Los Angel...es County and I have dealt with many Attorneys and I would highly recommend Ms. Webber and if ever I need a Probate Attorney in the future I would hire Ms. Webber.

Most people who have researched probate avoidance are familiar with revocable “living” trusts. When properly constructed and funded a Trust will avoid probate for a fraction of the probate costs.

Creating an estate plan is the best way to avoid probate following death; however many do not prepare for the inevitable. I am passionate about helping clients get their estates in order and for those who did not, helping their loved ones navigate the somewhat complex probate process.

While on-one wants to see their loved one becoming a 'protected person', it is oftentimes in their own best interests.
