Biography
Attorney Dale Hayes heads the Personal Injury Division within The Hayes Law Firm. His practice is devoted to personal injury matters including: premises liability and tort prosecution, auto (car, truck and motorcycle) accidents, medical malpractice claims, dangerous drugs, dog bite, products liability, wrongful death and commercial litigation.
Mr. Hayes is a member of the California Bar and State Bar of Nevada. He is a native Las Vegan, graduating with a degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984. Thereafter, he attended law school at the McGeorge School of Law and obtained a juris doctor with distinction in 1987.
Mr. Hayes has been a practicing attorney since 1988 and has tried numerous civil trials.
Mr. Hayes has three children, Amber, Dale Jr. and Jamie. The majority of his spare time is devoted to golf, the beach and his grandchildren.
