Excellent Representation!

I have worked with Ms. Guymon on several files. Obviously when you hire an attorney it is usually not under good circumstances. Ms. Guymon takes the time to review with you your file/case and answers all your questions thoroughly. She is well versed in all areas of her practice. She is very knowled...geable and always treats everyone in a professional manner. She has genuine concern for her clients. There are many attorneys to choose from and you want an attorney like Ms. Guymon in your corner. If I ever require an attorney I would always defer to Ms. Guymon or request a referral from her. I trust her implicitly.

Overly Appreciative of Mrs. Guymon!

Mrs. Guymon is a very well prepared and educated attorney. She took the time to truly understand our case and really work with us to understand how we wanted to be represented throughout our court process. Mrs. Guymon advised us of our rights and the best way she felt we should plead our case. She wa...s available to us along with her staff throughout our whole case and has maintained contact with us even after our case has been settled. One thing that sets apart Mrs. Guymon from other attorneys is she is very professional and presents well spoken, collected, and composed throughout the court process and hearing, especially when the opposition is aggressive and attacking. Her professional composure allowed the Judge to hear her facts and case instead of the emotions. During our case the opposing attorney was not as prepared as Mrs. Guymon so he quickly attacked her dispositions and us as her clients. She never tried to battle him and out speak him, instead since she was prepared with a motion loaded with multiple factual pieces of supporting evidence to the claims she was representing she was able to clearly convey our side. She was knowledgeable about statues, laws, and most importantly the history and background of the presiding Judge over our case. Having an awareness of what direction and approach is best received in front of our Judge allowed her to know when and how much to push during the arguments. Our final outcome of our case was definitely due to the hard work and amazing representation from Mrs. Guymon. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for an attorney that truly is interested in representing her client's to the best of her capacity. She is someone who still sees her client's as individualized cases and they receive her undivided attention with quick and thorough responses. My wife and I are forever grateful for her representation and consultation and will retain her if we ever are in need of representation.

Marjorie has handled my business legal matters for years and I would not change that for anything!

Marjorie and her team have always treated my transactions in a professional manner while actually having the ability to show that they care about me personally. I refer my own clients and friends to Marjorie as I emphatically know they will be treated in the same manner and with the same courtesy.
