I had promised to be his seventh review, however, I am humbled to be number Nine. I called Brian H. Nelson my SILVER LINING because when you lose a loved one there maybe nothing to be happy or smile about. Brian was that bright spot. He was referred to me at a time when I had been left out in the ...cold and in the middle of trying to sale my late uncle's home and it needed to be an ancillary filing because he had two places of residency. In California and Las Vegas. Brian stepped in literally at the last minute ( March 29th) and obtained an ancillary filing and then an order for us to meet a May 12th closing deadline. On August 11th we had our final court hearing. The wait was because we had a waiting period pursuant to statute. Upon retaining his services, I told my California Attorney that he had 6 great reviews and I was promising to be his seventh. I have been overwhelmed with family drama. Brian professionally handled my case which included my uncle's children being disinherited. Sensitive case is an understatement. To date, we have almost finished our professional relationship.
