We are a retired couple and engaged Michael Cahill to update our wills after moving to Nevada. He clearly explained the requirements of Nevada law, helped us sort through o...ur options, answered all our questions, prepared the legal instruments quickly and thoroughly, and at the end of the process gave us a neatly organized set of documents for our records. Me. Cahill did our estate work and we were very impressed with his proficiency and attention to detail. He answered all of our many questions expertly and was very knowledgeable. My mother lives in Nevada and we needed to do some estate planning in a short period of time while we were in town. I called Michael's law office and was immediately placed on the phone with him. He was the only one I called that day that was so responsive. When I explained that my mother was ill and... it would be tough to get her out he offered to come to us. What a relief that he would do that and could be there in the same week. We had a great first meeting. He was extremely detailed in his questions and his approach. After the meeting we communicated via email many times. I was truly impressed with his follow-up throughout the entire process. In the end I received a beautiful binder tabbed and organized to perfection. I carry it with me and it has helped so much in this process. My family is so grateful we found Michael. He was the best choice.

I never thought I would have an answer in one day! Not to mention faster than the time invested trying to figure this out on my own and then establish an account for legal advice!
