Biography
As the sole attorney in my office, I work with each client on a one-on-one basis. Rather than handing your file to a paralegal or assistant, I personally draft each document, prepare the necessary filings, and maintain communication with my clients from the initial consultation to the signing appointment. I stand by my policy that you do not pay in full until you are completely satisfied with my work. All services are charged on a flat-fee basis and are disclosed up front, no surprises. That translates to freedom from phone calls billed by the minute or being nickel and dime'd for copies and faxes.
I only practice in estate planning, asset protection, and business planning, three areas of the law that intersect. Unlike other general practice or multi-discipline attorneys or firms, I devote 100% of my practice to these narrow areas. That means I can stay abreast of changes in the law and new techniques that others may overlook when their attention is elsewhere.
