got to the point in my life that the pandemic financially ruined my life and I have to file a BK. The day I decided to file the BK I must have called 10 different attorneys in Las Vegas they took my name and I never heard back from them. I called the law office of EriK Severino and the girl who an...swered the phone Sierra was very kind. She asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment and Mr Severino will call me. Erik called me right on time! We spent about 30 minutes discussing my case and I told him I could not move forward right now it's going to take me a few weeks to see what was going on but please if he could send me an information packet via the email and I told him because he took the time when the time comes I will definitely use you because you took the time to speak to me when nobody else would. The day came I had to file I obtained all the documents necessary from Erik's office. I filled the documents out I delivered the documents I paid for the service I did my due diligence and what I needed to do on my end and no matter what every email every phone call was promptly answered by Sierra or by Erik himself. The service was nothing short of stellar I was treated with decency respect and integrity I wasn't treated like a loser as I am not a loser these things happen to people. Now I'm putting my life back together and getting a fresh start and I would say that if anybody is looking for an attorney to assist them with a BK then the law office of Erik Severino is the place to go!!!

He never failed to reply to any emails I sent to him, and if I needed to speak with him on the phone he would call right away. Mr. Severino has a good heart for helping and defending his clients through the entire process. It was the best decision I ever made, especially during this pandemic.

I felt very uncomfortable about the possibility of having to file for Bankruptcy. I am very thankful I chose Erik. He made the whole experience as easy as a bankruptcy can be. We communicated mostly through email and a couple of office visits. He was exceptional at getting back with me and answering all of my questions. As I went through my bankruptcy, I could tell he really enjoys helping people.
