We also offer assistance in foreclosure defense and basic estate planning (wills and trusts.) Once you retain my office, you will not only be retaining my firm, but, more importantly, you will be retaining me. I will be your attorney through the entire process. As good as it gets
When your filing bankruptcy obviously you don't have a ton of money on hand.
