Born and raised in Sparta, Ohio, Whitney Short's journey in law began at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a Spanish for the Professions minor, studying abroad in Spain, and earning membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Delta Zeta. After a successful stint in medical device sales, Whitney followed her calling to law at the UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.
