Excellent service

I have retained Atty. Calderon to do my H1B RFE as my first attorney did not get it right. Ms. Calderon took over my application and submitted all the requirements thoroughly and got it approved. She also recently helped me on the renewal of the H1B and she was very thorough, requesting as much doc...umentation needed to get the renewal approved without having to worry about an RFE. True enough, I got my H1B renewed without a hitch. I will also be retaining her services for my future greencard application.

Exceptional...

I was in need of an immigration lawyer regarding minor children that was urgent and complex. I needed a lawyer that understood dual citizenship and passports, and how that applies to minor children in a pending divorce with temporary custodial orders. Vissia responded quickly, gathered the facts,... communicated what she could and could not provide, and presented a clear and understandable solution with a very reasonable cost. With the stress of the difficult divorce and the fear I may loose my child to international parental abduction, I needed someone that could quickly build my confidence and keep my confidence by knowing the right actions are being taken and implemented. I was kept informed at every important step! Vissia used her expertise and contacts to address and prevent the abduction from being achieved. She knew where to start and how to approach it. I am extremely impressed at the speed, results and very reasonable cost. I am grateful for the outcome and the way she worked with me.
