Highly recommended!

Ms. Vissia Calderon is a well-informed and experienced immigration attorney. She knows how the USCIS office in Las Vegas works and can therefore accurately inform her clients on what to expect. When presented with our unique situation, Ms. Calderon provided educated guidance on how to proceed. She ca...utioned my wife and I that, based on the facts of our case, the government could very well issue a "Notice of Intent to Deny" to our petition. She was correct - they did. Ms. Calderon then instructed us on how to address their concerns. The road to our goal was longer than we had hoped (two years), but thanks to Ms. Calderon's insight, thoroughness and professionalism, our goal was ultimately achieved.
