Extreme Hardship Waiver in Ciudad Juarez

Clients are a US citizen wife and her Mexican citizen husband, who entered the US illegally when he was a child. They got married and initiated the petition process themselves. They came to me when the ... husband was sent to Ciudad Juarez for interview and, while there, was told that he is barred from entering the US for 10 years because he had been unlawfully present in the US for more than 1 year. While the husband was stuck in Mexico, the US citizen wife began to suffer from severe depression, the children started acting up in school, and they became homeless because he was the sole breadwinner in the family. We applied for an extreme hardship waiver.
