I regret to say that my experience with Mr. Timothy Thomas was extremely disappointing. I hired him with a $500 retainer fee, expecting professional and timely legal services. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On two occasions, I asked Mr. Timothy Thomas to review a simple one-page agreement. ...Each time, it took him weeks to respond. This delay was unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. His assistant, Kimberley, was no help either. Communication was poor, and I never received any invoices detailing how my retainer fee was being used. When I finally requested a refund, Mr. Timothy Thomas provided an invoice stating that the entire retainer fee had been used up, without any prior notice or explanation. I plan to put a complaint with the Nevada Bar Association. If you are looking for a responsive and professional attorney, I strongly advise against using Mr. Timothy Thomas. My experience was a waste of time and money.

I wish I could give this law firm more than 5 stars. They are extremely compassionate, caring and most of all, experienced. He even made me laugh a few times. I wasn't rushed off the phone and was given one on one attention for as long as I needed. We need more lawyers like this. Ones that care more... about the people they help than their bottom line.
