Erick M. Ferran

Erick Ferran is a California native and graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Ferran attended the University of New Hampshire, School of Law. He focused his law studies on intellectual property law, business law, and criminal law. He also participated in a criminal trial clinic and an externship with the Innocence Project, which is an organization that uses DNA evidence to help overturn wrongful convictions. He later graduated from law school with honors.

After law school, Mr. Ferran moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and practiced in numerous areas of law. He even became a partner in a litigation firm before he joined Hitzke & Ferran, LLP. Over the past few years, Mr. Ferran has handled a broad range of litigation type cases, including the following: wrongful death and other substantial personal injury cases, criminal cases, business litigation cases, real estate cases, and custody and domestic cases. Since 2005, he has helped to resolve numerous personal injury and criminal cases, obtaining millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.

Mr. Ferran resides in the Las Vegas area with his wife and their three sons, Gavin, Matthew, and Christian. He is a proud member of the Las Vegas Hispanic community and speaks fluent Spanish. Licensed to practice law in Nevada, he currently works at our firm’s Las Vegas office.
