Vincent J. Vitatoe

Vincent Vitatoe focuses on general civil litigation and civil appeals.  Vincent enjoys meeting with clients, understanding their legal issues, and offering strategic solutions.

Vincent received his undergraduate degree from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with concentrations in Management and Marketing.  At Truman State University, Vincent was a starter on the varsity wrestling team and earned recognition as a two-time NCAA Division II Academic All-American Honorable mention.

Vincent moved to Las Vegas and graduated magna cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada—Las Vegas.  During law school, Vincent gained valuable experience externing for both Justice Michael Douglas in the Nevada Supreme Court and for the Honorable Judge Roger Hunt in the federal U.S. District Court—District of Nevada.  Additionally, Vincent completed a legal internship with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and subsequently worked for the UFC on legal/business projects and as a Business Data Analyst.

Upon graduation from law school, Vincent served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elissa F. Cadish of the Eighth Judicial District located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  As law clerk, Vincent encountered a wide-range of legal issues while working on Judge Cadish’s split Civil/Criminal docket.  Further, Vincent conducted legal research, wrote bench memoranda, drafted minute orders, frequently observed court proceedings, assisted with trial preparation, and generally assisted Judge Cadish with handling her large case docket.

Vincent loves mental and physical challenges. In his spare time, Vincent enjoys reading, playing chess, camping, boating and participating in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions.
