I consider myself lucky to have had McFarling Law Group/Michael Burton as my attorneys throughout my appeal process, in what can labeled as one of the most complex custody cases. My divorce/custody case has been very lengthy with a few former attorneys that disappointed me and at times were incompete...nt to defend my case. In my intial meetings with Emily and Michael I could see that they were extremely knowledgeable regarding the exact steps that needed to take place. The case is pretty much balanced again and we were able to get our judge to make a final decision that is as equal as can be for the time being, without having additional conflict. I have always received great counsel and was presented with all potential outcomes so that I could be prepared and know how to move forward despite which decision we would receive. They use a legal software site that is extremely easy to navigate. It logs every aspect of your case (documents, hearing dates, emails, billing, and more). They are also very good at phone communication and have an amazing staff of highly knowledgeable paralegals ready and willing to help answer questions. McFarling Law Group's entire staff are very approachable to ask sudden questions, suggestions and guided me accordingly for my best outcome. I am so thankful for the brave defense and continuous arguments against the other party to prove them wrong, playing the right cards at the right time, and continuing to present everything very well said. Michael is a very professional lawyer. He help me fight a child custody battle against my ex wife who doesn't want me to see my kid for a very long time.
