Charles M. Vlasic

Mr. Vlasic is a Martindale-Hubble® AV Preeminent™ rated attorney who practices primarily in the area of commercial business law.  For well over a decade, Mr. Vlasic has represented (both through law firms and as general counsel), hundreds of clients ranging from sole-proprietorships and start-ups to some of largest privately and publicly held companies doing business in southern Nevada and beyond.

Mr. Vlasic plans and forms entities, negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, assignment agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, LOIs, MOUs, lease agreements, and a variety of other business-related contracts and agreements.  

Mr. Vlasic not only negotiates and drafts the foregoing business contracts and agreements, he also has well over a decade of experience successfully litigating disputes related to them in Nevada state and federal courts (including in front of the Nevada Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Nevada).
