Mr. Stoddard joined the firm in 2006 after leaving the Los Angeles office of a major, international Wall Street law firm where he practiced in the most highly regarded products liability defense litigation practice group in the nation.

Since joining Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, Mr. Stoddard regularly represents clients in various industries, including construction, mining, health care, finance, retail and hospitality, in major commercial transactions, including asset and stock-based business sales and acquisitions, major real estate purchases, secured financing, complex business and state licensing (including gaming licensing).

During his time at Albright Stoddard, Mr. Stoddard has served as lead counsel in complex business transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in deal value. These deals have included being involved in major business purchases and sales (in health care, construction and hospitality), real property acquisitions and sales, complicated water right transactions and secured finance closings. Additionally, he has successfully represented clients in obtaining a series of complicated licenses and governmental approvals from Nevada gaming licenses, BLM mineral materials contracts, and federal HUD subdivision approvals.

Mr. Stoddard also litigates commercial and business matters, and is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts in Nevada and California.
