Shock and Awe

I don’t think there is a way that I could ever truly and wholly express how above and beyond, cut the crap, on YOUR side Mr.Phil Brown is ! Phil kept everything in a real perspective while also providing a sense of understanding that gave me hope and ultimately that hope became shock and awe ! If ...you want a lawyer who knows how the prosecutor works and knows how to weave through the BS , Phil Brown is undoubtedly the best !! Thank you so much ! Case dismissed

I contacted Phil Brown to be my defense attorney for a case I caught for felony possession of a concealed weapon. He was always quick and concise to any of my concerns or questions regarding my case. He made the process as painless as possible and in the end got my case dismissed which was the best p...ossible outcome. If you are anything like me and get stressed out by the authorities I highly recommend Phil Brown as a defense attorney. He will put your mind at ease and work hard in your defense.

Miracle Worker

Attorney Brown and his office were more than I had hoped for. I was convinced that the outcome to my case was all but determined already. I was hoping a good attorney would be able to communicate the circumstances to help with the sentencing. Throughout the process, Attorney Brown or his office man...ager, were in contact and communicated where we were in the process, what to expect, and what options there were when that time came. The initial court date was postponed for a while due to COVID. During the time we had to prepare, Attorney Brown gathered background information and documentation to have a more accurate and detailed profile of myself and for the first time in the entire process, I felt a measure of relief in that I felt I had the best representation I could find. Securing qualified legal representation is daunting since the legal outcome of your ROI goes well beyond monetary compensation. I was comforted in Attorney Brown’s many years experience as a trial lawyer and how familiar he was with the local Legal system. I was further reassured after learning that many of those years were in prosecution as the former Chief Deputy District Attorney for Clark County. On a personal level, it came out that we shared a connection as Veterans, having both served in the U.S. Army. Phone calls were always returned promptly the day of. Even when calling after hours, a human voice would answer the call and take any messages. I had no emergencies but had there been one there was someone available after hours to forward calls as was needed. Attorney Brown presented my options clearly and was careful not to predict any probable outcomes, but to inform me clearly of the possible outcomes. It gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He came back with a deal that was beyond my best hope after the postponed initial court date, and successfully renegotiated a counter offer, which was accepted. He was able to get the case, a Class B Felony, dismissed. There is no doubt in my mind, that my life would be significantly altered by this if Attorney Brown had not successfully (and in my mind miraculously) defended me against the charges I was facing. His professional network of contacts and years of experience and familiarity with the legal system of Clark County are an immeasurable asset in any criminal defense case. His integrity; the professionalism of his office, and the personal touch and communication from all, made a difficult ordeal an easier process to undergo. Each case has its own set of circumstances and likely outcomes, but as far as my case went. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that I chose Attorney Brown to represent and defend me. He appeared on my behalf in court twice and all meetings were over the phone as this was happening during the 3rd wave of the pandemic. I didn’t have to be anywhere or go anywhere throughout the entire process. That’s a game changer for anyone who doesn’t or can’t drive. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m forever grateful to Attorney Brown and his team.

Caring, understanding and efficacious

I found myself in the surprising position of needing to hire a lawyer in regards to a domestic violence case which arose after an argument happened between my wife and I. Phil Brown is a caring, understanding and proficient professional who knows the ins-and-outs of the Las Vegas legal system. As... a former District Attorney, he has worked on both sides of the bench which helps him understand the best way to approach the prosecuting attorney and the judge. The prosecution wanted to stick me with the hardest possible conviction (more time in jail than I would have preferred, a fine in the thousands of dollars, countless hours of community service, AND a 6-month anger management course which also costs about $1,000). Mr. Brown was able to have the case dismissed based on a 6-month period of staying out of trouble, taking a short online course and paying a $200 fine. He was able to obviate a misdemeanor on my record, jail time and a gigantic fine. In the end, it was technically a plea bargain but he would have been happy to go to trial together if that's what I had ultimately decided. And he would have won. I decided on the plea bargain as a short course is interesting, it was a small fine and all of us could move on without lives. I looked at 100s of different criminal defense lawyers specializing in domestic violence work and chose Mr. Brown because my intuition told me he was the best lawyer in town. I still think the same today, after being vindicated of wrong-doing. I have no hesitation in recommending Philip H. Brown and his law firm to represent someone needing strong legal counsel.

Excellent lawyer

Mr. Brown helped guide me through the unfamiliar and daunting process of a DUI conviction. He was extremely professional and thorough in dealing with my case, and his office helped me feel at ease. He was able to produce the best possible outcome in my case and has continued to help me in fulfilling ...the obligations bestowed upon me. Mr. Brown is an excellent lawyer, and will fight for you as well as help to relieve the stress involved in the court process.
