Biography
Since his admission to the Nevada Bar in 2008, Michael has emerged as a skilled litigator, briefing and arguing important legal issues in the areas of criminal law and personal injury. Michael is admitted to practice law in California, Louisiana and Nevada. Michael obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Tulane University School of Law in 2008. Before that, Michael graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in History. Michael is also a certified mediator, having completed an international alternative dispute resolution program at Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany.
Michael has helped individuals accused of misdemeanors and felonies, including murder. Twice, Michael has successfully obtained grants of probation for defendants convicted of manslaughter. Michael has represented family members who have tragically lost loved ones in wrongful death matters, as a result of the negligence of others. Michael has successfully petitioned the Nevada Supreme Court, overturning a criminal conviction. Michael has negotiated millions of dollars in settlements for his clients pursuing personal injury claims. Michael has helped individuals with visa and citizenship applications. Still no settlement 5 years later
I hired this practice in 2020 for my case and it is now 2025 still no settlement. They don’t reach out. Constant run around. Not responsive to emails

Handled casino credit issue efficiently
