Generally, when I see a notation like that on a warrant, it means it's a third or subsequent offense. Your lawyer should be able to tell you for certain.
This notation typically appears on a DUI or a Domestic Violence charge when the person charged has been convicted of two or more prior offenses. The penalties for both DUIs and Domestic Violence charges are far more severe for the 3rd offense than they are for the first or second.
