She's so smart about the law. Her Motion was brilliant. BUT, it took 2 months to get her to write it. The charges are crazy. As soon as my case came to a critical point, she stopped taking my calls and had a paralegal call and say, "Lynn said this case is taking more work than she thought so she's go...ing to need another $7000 before she does anything else." What? She was still working on the current retainer! And she waits until I'm in a dire situation where minutes count to have a flunky tell me this! Then she wouldn't give me my records--a clear violation of the statute--until a month later when she said she'd be happy to for $250--another violation of the statute. Don't get me started on my original lawyer Damian--never heard from him after I signed the retainer check. RUN away from this firm! Good luck finding a reparable attorney in Las Vegas. It's a crap shoot.

Attorney did not show up in court. Did a no show. Charged outrageous hourly fee for an example $100 to send an email. Charges for leaving voicemail. Office assistant very rude and abusive asking for money when monies has been paid. Please steer away from these people. Never return phone calls. Abusiv...e staff. Nothing got resolved during my case.

I asked her to review my case and see where it stands for a trial. She was absolutely amazing. She gave me more knowledge and info about what needed to be done and what I had going for me to prove my case and what I needed to make sure I still gathered in the couple hours we talked then my original a...ttorney did in 9months. I wish Lynn would have been my attorney from the start. She truly cares and knows what she is talking about and isn’t out to just take your money. I wish she was avail for hire to take on my case that was the only down fall, but she still has been helping me until I find someone.
