She's so smart about the law. Her Motion was brilliant. BUT, it took 2 months to get her to write it. The charges are crazy. As soon as my case came to a critical point, she stopped taking my calls and had a paralegal call and say, "Lynn said this case is taking more work than she thought so she's go...ing to need another $7000 before she does anything else." What? She was still working on the current retainer! And she waits until I'm in a dire situation where minutes count to have a flunky tell me this! Then she wouldn't give me my records--a clear violation of the statute--until a month later when she said she'd be happy to for $250--another violation of the statute. Don't get me started on my original lawyer Damian--never heard from him after I signed the retainer check. RUN away from this firm! Good luck finding a reparable attorney in Las Vegas. It's a crap shoot.

Attorney did not show up in court. Did a no show. Charged outrageous hourly fee for an example $100 to send an email. Charges for leaving voicemail. Office assistant very rude and abusive asking for money when monies has been paid. Please steer away from these people. Never return phone calls. Abusiv...e staff. Nothing got resolved during my case.

I have had nothing but problems with this attorney. She suckered me into spending heaps of money and all I got was more head aches in a time that was already extremely emotional and painful. If you are seeking a divorce I would look elsewhere for a more qualified family lawyer as this one is more co...ncerned with getting money out of you and racking up a bill then actually addressing issues related to your case.
