She's so smart about the law. Her Motion was brilliant. BUT, it took 2 months to get her to write it. The charges are crazy. As soon as my case came to a critical point, she stopped taking my calls and had a paralegal call and say, "Lynn said this case is taking more work than she thought so she's go...ing to need another $7000 before she does anything else." What? She was still working on the current retainer! And she waits until I'm in a dire situation where minutes count to have a flunky tell me this! Then she wouldn't give me my records--a clear violation of the statute--until a month later when she said she'd be happy to for $250--another violation of the statute. Don't get me started on my original lawyer Damian--never heard from him after I signed the retainer check. RUN away from this firm! Good luck finding a reparable attorney in Las Vegas. It's a crap shoot.

Lynn was hired from a referral that is very knowledgeable about local attorneys. My divorce was riddled with false allegations from my ex and while I had a good grasp on it, Lynn not only showed me additional details but was thorough in every detail. I appreciated and still appreciate her willingness to listen to my input which is important in an attorney in family law, because you know your ex better than your attorney does. My previous attorney didn't listen and things were delayed because of it, where Lynn jumped in ready for trial in under 6 weeks. Lynn has great resources and support and truly enjoys the law. Lynn is about the law, and she is YOUR attorney. When you hire Lynn she's there with you...not just for you. That's a huge thing in this profession. I never had a concern about communication she responds and she does in a reasonable time frame and not from random office staff that doesn't know anything. I continue to use Lynn, even post divorce. I only know of two other attorneys that I can say this about. She got more done in 6 weeks than my previous attorney did in 8 months, cheaper and properly. Hiring Lynn for your divorce is a great decision, and you won't get a better, and more passionate attorney in the courtroom, and by passionate it's about the law and defending her client not making up stuff to clog the system. She's all about down to business and get results.
