Retaining Louis Schneider was by far the best decision I ever made. Going into court I was so scared I was expecting things to go very different then they did. Louis fought for me he knew my case inside and out and by the time it was all over he not only won my motion against my ex but he also got m...e everything he said I should have had all along. I walked out of that court room happier then I ever thought possible. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.

Do not go to this lawer I came to him while pregnant and in a low emotional stage seeking an advice for a divorce, we open a retainer in which I asked not to take actions until I say I’m ready I even wrote an email asking to not take any actions in the file. When I asked to stop the process I ...got a charge that was simply over proportional and didn’t Match my request at all! After contacting the office asking for explanation it took them weeks to give me an answer, I called and got ignored, the reply from them was not satisfying at all. This law office is not reliable.

Louis came into my custody battle at the 11th hour (literally I only met him the day before the trial) as my regular Attorney and I were fighting a 9 month up-hill battle against a lying X-Wife and her unscrupulous, unethical council. The stakes were as high as they can be.... custody of my 9 year ol...d son. We brought Louis in as "back-up" due to the side-show type antics the X's council had presented at the previous hearing. Louis DESTROYED my X and her council at the trial, NOT by being obnoxious or using scumbag type tactics, but by using his greatest weapon.... THE LAW! Louis shut-down my X and her council EVERY time they tried to go around the law, and in the end we didn't even have to present our case! We WON, and we won more than I ever expected to get! The only downside was that he made me "tone down" my image, and if you have a horse I wouldn't suggest loaning it to him... he tends to fall off those!

He will ask for a low retainer, but beware this is just to lure you in. He presents himself as very knowledgeable and he says he can do things that he will not accomplish or may not attempt to accomplish. A lot of talk but no action. I had to retain another attorney due to him not communicating... with me. He would not sign a substition of attorney for an attorney I was attempting to retain. This attorney was surprised and said that normally doesnt happen and Louis is being very unprofessional. Because of Louis failing to sign the substitution of attorney it lead to a delay in my case that lead to a judgement against me costing me $3,000.00. He continued to make his vendetta against me by not giving my file to my new attorney with information I provided to him for my case, but he went as far as to giving the opposing counsel information from my file. My husband and I were sick to our stomachs with Louis behavior and immense lack of ethics. Please do your homework! Avoid a nightmare attorney, because having to go through a divorce or custody case is overwhelming enough!

I asked an attorney friend of mine where would he go for a divorce. Without hesitation he recommended Louis Schneider. I would never use an attorney who advertises on T.V. or billboards. Louis does not have to advertise. My experience with his handling of my case was stress free The opposing lawyer ...dropped (my wife) the client when he found out Louis was his adversary on the case.
