Horrible the worst experience ever!!!! Go somewhere else. I had a case that started pretty simple and turned out to be a huge mess. If I could have fired my attorney without really upsetting the judge I would have, but every other attorney I talked to about it said it would be risky due to the judge ...in my case and how much time had passed so I decided not to. This attorney I hired was recommended by many other lawyers I talked to and had good reviews. I want to make sure others know what this attorney does so they are not fooled like I was and for no other reason. I have already filed complaints with all bar associations in my state and local area and advising others to stay away from horrible man. His office is also in a very bad neighborhood, the ghetto, be careful going there, his office was horrible it’s a tiny little stinky house. Zero stars.

I went in for custody and divorce assistance because he was referred to me, by people I Thought I trusted. I go in for an appointment/consult after 4 days of calling to schedule with no one answering the phones. Finally, Went in for consult the next week. A quarter of the conversation of what My... situation is, He said “oh no worries this is simple” and we have to cut the meeting bc he has to go to court. Okay, I thought, we have 2 months or so until actual court, this will be okay. Oh and being personally referred... I retained him then and paid at the rate he requested. I signed check over, “okay we will start next week, she says, we will call you and the girls will schedule something”. Uh okay. I hear nothing, then a month later he calls and says “he hun, I can not find the check” But my bank said it was cashed 1 week later. Hmmm, maybe the high turnover rate, unqualified staff and lack of common knowledge this “lawyer” has could be to blame. He figured it out 20minutes later then blamed the “girls”. That’s just the tip of the iceberg with this individual. He made inappropriate comments false statements and He cares about No one as well as Nothing that does not benefit him first. Typical unqualified Attoney whom is a true Narcissist, Greedy, Slimy, Inappropriate, Bark no Bite, Pompous Pig! ~Please do your research, use your gut intuition when you meet an attorney like this, no matter how or whom referred you.~

Do not go to this lawer I came to him while pregnant and in a low emotional stage seeking an advice for a divorce, we open a retainer in which I asked not to take actions until I say I’m ready I even wrote an email asking to not take any actions in the file. When I asked to stop the process I ...got a charge that was simply over proportional and didn’t Match my request at all! After contacting the office asking for explanation it took them weeks to give me an answer, I called and got ignored, the reply from them was not satisfying at all. This law office is not reliable.

He will ask for a low retainer, but beware this is just to lure you in. He presents himself as very knowledgeable and he says he can do things that he will not accomplish or may not attempt to accomplish. A lot of talk but no action. I had to retain another attorney due to him not communicating... with me. He would not sign a substition of attorney for an attorney I was attempting to retain. This attorney was surprised and said that normally doesnt happen and Louis is being very unprofessional. Because of Louis failing to sign the substitution of attorney it lead to a delay in my case that lead to a judgement against me costing me $3,000.00. He continued to make his vendetta against me by not giving my file to my new attorney with information I provided to him for my case, but he went as far as to giving the opposing counsel information from my file. My husband and I were sick to our stomachs with Louis behavior and immense lack of ethics. Please do your homework! Avoid a nightmare attorney, because having to go through a divorce or custody case is overwhelming enough!
