Julio was my first experience ever when it comes to dealing w/ a lawyer. Very keen on his knowledge & great with explaining the necessary process(s) of how family courts and mediation goes. I could easily write a very well deserved and lengthy review about this attorney but the limitations on this page won’t let me;) Attorney Julio Vigoreaux Jr. helped my fiancé & I get full physical custody of my Babe’s children. The case wasn’t easy as the mom relocated often, there were issues with a...buse/neglect, threats were made on all of our lives and although law enforcement couldn’t get past the red tape of jurisdiction issues due to the state to state moves of the mother & her felon boyfriend, Attorney Vigoreaux made what seemed impossible…POSSIBLE! He then made it a reality…just in time for Christmas! We now have the boys in Nevada with us where they are safe, happy & finally at peace. I know without doubt he really wanted what was best for the children. In this case, the father had arrears, and existing custody order in another state and limited income! At trial, the evidentiary binders displayed an accurate and easy to follow account of events that made it easy to see where the boys belonged. We can’t thank him & his team enough. Our youngest was court ordered to fly to us the day after Christmas and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our year! Our family can now experience pure joy again and above all…the boys are safe. Our 2023 will be about restoration and peace!

When I met Julio I was in a very stressful and life altering situation. I had just been medically retired from the military and getting ready to embark on my new journey by moving across country with my kids to Las Vegas. The retiring from a 9.5 year career portion was stressful enough but when you... add custody issues to the mix it exasperates the situation astronomically. Needless to say I was emotionally drained and a nervous wreck. I was told by our children's other parent, if I traveled with the babies across country, they were going to report me for kidnapping. The other parent told me I was to put them on a plane and send them home and when I arrive to Las Vegas, I might be able to finish out summer vacation with them. The co-parent was offering less than the time that was stipulated in our divorce decree (weekends only). I again had threats of law enforcement getting involved if I took our children week on, week off. Julio, saving the day as usual, navigated me through the mayhem and told me to take hold of the stipulated decree and enforce joint physical custody. So I did exactly that and it worked! We had already set the plan in motion by asserting the joint physical custody which led to the Judge ruling in our favor. The court ruled for a temporary week on week of parenting schedule. His tactics and knowledge are a force to be reckoned with. He is passionate and willing to fight until the end. We ended up finally agreeing on a mutual parenting plan. Julio was there for me whenever I needed him. He helped re-assure me that everything was going to be okay in my most frantic moments (which were very frequent). I will forever be grateful for his services and dedication.
