Extremly satisfied with Julio. After 3 years of being bullied by my ex i hired julio. He took the time to get to know me and was very approachable at all times. He gave me the facts upfront about my case and didnt sugar coat anything. If you want someone who over prepares you for a case this is the g...uy. Yes we over prepared but the confidence that we went into the courtroom with was extremly reassuring. We were prepared on all fronts and it felt like he was in this battle with me. When I met Julio I was in a very stressful and life altering situation. I had just been medically retired from the military and getting ready to embark on my new journey by moving across country with my kids to Las Vegas. The retiring from a 9.5 year career portion was stressful enough but when you... add custody issues to the mix it exasperates the situation astronomically. Needless to say I was emotionally drained and a nervous wreck. I was told by our children's other parent, if I traveled with the babies across country, they were going to report me for kidnapping. The other parent told me I was to put them on a plane and send them home and when I arrive to Las Vegas, I might be able to finish out summer vacation with them. I was terrified to set out on the road because I did not know if I would be violating any laws or if I would be accused of kidnapping. Julio immediately took action and assured me I was doing nothing wrong. He helped me seize control of the situation. His diligence lead us to being able to travel with the babies undauntedly and with a great deal of comfort. His knowledge for this subject matter is substantial and he ACTUALLY CARES about his clients. When we arrived to our destination we were supposed to initiate joint physical custody. The co-parent was offering less than the time that was stipulated in our divorce decree (weekends only). I again had threats of law enforcement getting involved if I took our children week on, week off. Julio, saving the day as usual, navigated me through the mayhem and told me to take hold of the stipulated decree and enforce joint physical custody. So I did exactly that and it worked! We had already set the plan in motion by asserting the joint physical custody which led to the Judge ruling in our favor. The court ruled for a temporary week on week of parenting schedule. His tactics and knowledge are a force to be reckoned with. He is passionate and willing to fight until the end. We ended up finally agreeing on a mutual parenting plan. Julio was there for me whenever I needed him. He helped re-assure me that everything was going to be okay in my most frantic moments (which were very frequent). I will forever be grateful for his services and dedication. If you need an amazing attorney who knows how to navigate the courts, cares for his clients, and who will fight for you now matter what, Julio is your man! I have never met a lawyer who actually looked out for the their clients best interest instead of the best interests of their pockets. I had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Vigoreaux in action and his dedication to his client first hand. He was hired by the other party and was an awesome, dedicated honest attorney with such tenacity that I wish I had retained him for my son's custody case instead of the attorney hired.
