Jess practices primarily in criminal defense and personal injury.
Jess has the passion, knowledge and experience to represent those accused of committing crimes. After volunteering and serving a 2-year commitment with AmeriCorps in Hawaii (a domesticated version of the Peace Corps), Jess was compelled to help those who could not help themselves. After graduating law school, Jess moved from Michigan to Las Vegas. He was selected as an extern with the Office of the Attorney General; a highly competitive and sought-after position. After passing the bar, Jess worked as a court appointed attorney for the Las Vegas Municipal Courts and represented indigent clients charged with crimes committed in the City of Las Vegas. After gaining invaluable experience as a public attorney, Jess worked as the main defense attorney at one of Las Vegas’ largest DUI law offices.
Jess personally has handled thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases which include, but is not limited to; DUI, traffic, domestic battery, simple battery, battery with substantial bodily harm, battery strangulation, battery with use of a deadly weapon, battery on an officer, burglary, robbery, vehicular crimes causing death, murder, child abuse & neglect, assault, coercion, conspiracy, attempt charges, evading, resisting arrest, solicitation, juvenile crimes, drug charges, possession charges, fraud, petit larceny, grand larceny, embezzlement, TPO violations, bad checks, casino markers, cheating at gambling and sex crimes.

Top lawyer!
Brilliant. Just brilliant. Knows the law inside and out, and knows how to charm the prosecution. Great speaker, humble in court but aggressive at the same time. I referred a couple of friends to Jess and they absolutely love him too.
