After getting the run around by 2 different law firms in Las Vegas, who were only available when collecting payments, I was referred to Leavitt Law Firm. I paid for my initial consultation with Dennis, who listened to my case with compassion and interest. Since I was recommended to Benjamin by a fr...iend, I asked that he be the lawyer taking care of the details in my case. Benjamin was very thorough in reviewing all the necessary documents and the hearing minutes that I had been through to that point. He was knowledgeable and made me feel like my case was a priority. He familiarized himself with the details of my personal case so that we could discuss it without me having to repeat myself and remind him who I was every time we corresponded. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner, and emails were always replied to promptly. (Unlike the other attorneys I dealt with.) If your family matters are important enough to need the assistance of an attorney, do not trust those matters to a discount firm!! There is a difference between a discount and good value for the money. Leavitt Law Firm is ethical and made me feel like they really worked to provide the best council and represented my family’s best interest. I hope to never be in a situation again where I need an attorney’s help, but I would not hesitate to use Leavitt Law Firm if needed again.

Attorney Ben Leavitt has been my attorney for over a year now. I would highly recommend this law firm, and especially Ben to anyone. Ben was nothing but professional. This is my second custody issue I have had and I wish I chose Leavitt Law the first time. Ben always listened to what was important and saw the entire picture. When going through without question the worst experience of my life, Ben and his staff were everything I needed, after being taken advantage of by another attorney Henderson. Their knowledge, timely and intelligent responses, and established relationships within the legal community gave credibili...ty to myself and my case after it was heading in the wrong direction. The shift in how the case was handled was evident, and ultimately moved the direction of it towards a settlement. We were able to avoid a very biased judge and reach a compromise that I can live with. If you are facing this situation and have made the decision to divorce, hire Ben and don't look back. He showed empathy and compassion. He acted with knowledge and professionalism and did so in a punctual manner. The name and reputation of his firm alone brought weight, but backing that up with action and not just riding on past acclaim. Ben specifically maintained a calm and helped give me direction when irrational emotions wanted to take over. Ben listened and allowed me to vent and unload without judgement. The biggest thing I needed was someone who was going to act on my best interest, even when I wasn't capable, Ben and his firm provided that for me. I want to thank him and his staff for helping me end my case and do so with dignity. Money well spent!
