Replied last January 03, 2019We are sorry that you feel that you did not receive zealous representation. We want all of our clients to be happy with the results or at a minimum at least understand why we are terminating representation. On personal injury cases, we do not charge our clients so when a case is not going to be profitable for the firm (because either our client is the driver at or insurance fraud is suspected), we reserve the right to terminate representation. We are happy to explain the reasons why the case was not viable to keep with our firm. We encourage you to reach out to us to address any concerns.
