I hired Robert Morris recently to handle the probate estate of my deceased mother's, and was very pleased with the results. During our initial meeting, he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the probate laws that would apply to this particular type of probate estate, and took the time to explain t...hem in detail. He had a patient, personable manner during this meeting, and was very upfront about everything. He charged very reasonable fees for this case overall. My deceased mother's probate case was approved without any issues, at every step, and all of the assets from her estate were subsequently released without any delays; this is the ultimate goal of any probate case, and his exceptional legal expertise absolutely helped bring about this successful outcome. I later decided to have Mr. Morris prepare some trust administration documents for an irrevocable trust which I am currently serving as the trustee of. Again, he charged fair, reasonable fees for these, and also took the time to add some critical, necessary updates needed to conform to Nevada law (the trust had originally been drafted in a different state). I have since used these documents to handle a number of financial banking matters, and have had no issues at all with the banks when doing so. Having these properly drafted, well-prepared documents on hand to use for such matters made a very significant difference in terms of time, hassle, and stress when it came to administering this irrevocable trust; I have since realized how crucial it is to hire a skilled estate planning lawyer for these situations. Mr. Morris provided outstanding work for my particular probate and trust matters overall, and I couldn't have been more impressed. I would definitely recommend hiring him and his firm.

I was referred to Mr. Morris when, due to my previous attorney's negligence, I stood to be disinherited. From the initial consultation to the last filing, I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Mr. Morris' legal expertise is surpassed only by his passion to perform...: he is extremely gifted and yet humble ( you could say he walks softly and carries a big stick!), and I never once felt "looked down upon". His assistance, Mr. Aivaz (who passed the bar while working on my case!), was always available to provide answers and guidance; he, too, is a compassionate attorney and an asset to the firm. My previous attorney (I will post her review upon receipt of the State Bar's ruling on my complaint) read NONE of the trust agreements or the 1400+ pages of supporting documents, nor did she ever advise me of my time limits as a beneficiary (and I had asked her that specific question time and time again). I was advised by Mr. Morris that the time limit for objecting to the initial accounting had already expired; my second deadline would have also passed had I not posted my desperate questions on Avvo and been directed to Mr. Morris. His amazing team immediately identified the legal issues and went to work building my case. As anyone on the receiving end of a vicious lawsuit can attest, the process is overwhelming and degrading. Mr. Morris' team not only secured my inheritance, they restored my dignity; I am truly grateful for both.

Bob was concise and compassionate with the needs of my Brother and I. After my Mom passed, I was surprised how much was out of sync with her affairs, and how much stuff needed to be put back in order. The real estate agent he referred me to was excellent as well. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable! At c...ourt he was well respected by the Judge and a couple of attorneys sounded like they were asking him questions! I am glad my friend referred me to Bob.
