Attorney Amber Fuhriman took my dui case showing not interest on a good outcome. She was acting like she didn't want to put time and effort and seem like she just wanted to close the case. She recommended to take the DI offer so we can close the case. My license was revoked for a year for Wichita I... wanted to apply for a restricted license, when I asked her to help me with that she told me I don't qualify for that and I believed her, apparently she just didn't want to put more time on helping me because later on in found out I could have gotten the restricted license after I completed half of my suspension. My experience with LVDG left me feeling great. From the beginning, I felt like my relatively minor case was treated as if it were a very serious one. While hanging out at my house, I heard a strange knock at my door. The police informed me that I had been a very serious accident and that they kne...w it was me. I told them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. They told me a tow-truck was on its way to impound my car and I only needed to confess to take care of everything quickly. He let me know the potential progress and possible punishments of my case, the benefits of retaining the law firm to protect me, and the cost structure for all of it. Nothing was unclear. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. The next person I met with was In-House Private Investigator - William Simpson who personally investigated on my behalf and spoke to the detective on my behalf to figure out an appropriate time for me to go speak with him, as well as probing for information to give us a clearer understanding of what exactly I was being accused of. The next individual I came into contact with was my attorney, Amber Furhiman,Esq. She and I went down to the detective’s office to discuss my case, and her presence made me feel completely at ease with this interaction. She arrived exactly on time and she did her job well in making sure the interview was by the letter. I went from almost having a criminal record, thousands of dollars worth of tickets, traffic school, possible suspension of my license, increase of my insurance premiums, and jail time to NOTHING! The state completely dropped its case with no tickets or punishments issued whatsoever! Whew! Throughout the experience, all my phone calls were returned with expedience, and everything was explained thoroughly. The diverse backgrounds of the people involved on my case provided a plan that left me feeling like my rights were protected in the way that they should be. I felt like all I had to do was retain them as my legal counsel and let them do the rest. I was supposed to get a huge hit in more ways than one, but LVDG protected me. Thanks LVDG!
