I found the firm on Google and things started well. My only complaint would be is that Ana always interfered with me speaking with Mrs. Lewis. It took almost 7 months to even hear the Lawyers voice and I asked many times. I at least want to ask questions directly to the person who benefits as well of...f My Case. Ana doesn't communicate well or at least not with Me. Maybe it's personal maybe she just have the need to handle everything and she couldn't. Mrs. Lewis got a situation dealt with immediately and I knew it could be but Anna told me we waiting on a response when my check was not sent while on Worker's Comp. I had to call the office at 4pm if I wanted to speak to Mrs. Lewis because Anna would be gone. Like I said the Lawyer is Great and if her Assistant Anna would stop thinking She's in Charge and allow the client to feel like She gave a care the experience would have been Excellent. One more thing When you tell someone 30days they should have their money and it's passed that frame Not Answering their Calls is Always the best way to respond Anna. Thank You Mrs. Lewis for hearing Me when I did get a chance to talk to you.
