Great work and excellent communication!!

After a terrible injury at my workplace my employer denied my claim and I was facing over $50,000 in medical bills. After hearing great word of mouth I chose Karen to represent me and prayed that my medical bills would be covered. I didn’t speak to Karen very often but when I did she was kind and p...rofessional. The best part was the office staff. Clair and Brittany would contact whenever I had a court date or with updates on my case. They took over all annoying the calls from the insurance company and helped get excellent health care to get back to 100%. Although it took longer than I planned I was very happy with the outcome of my case and the result Karen was able to obtain for me. Fingers crossed I don’t need her services again, but if I do I will be coming back for sure!!! Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

Best Attorney In Henderson!

Karen Greene-Lewis Esq. was amazing! She took my workers compensation case on a contingency, so it was free until I got my check, then she takes a percentage. This was really nice because I did not have to come out of pocket even for the initial consultation. In the end the amount she took was totall...y fair, for the amount of work her offfice put into my case. Anna and Clair were super helpful and always pleasant. Karen in my opinion is the best attorney in the Henderson area! She was super diligent and punctual. She looks very sweet and quite, but when it comes to negotiation and fighting she is not afraid to let the insurance company have a piece of her mind! She is a fighter and that what you need when your dealing with these insurance companies, they all seemed very afraid of Karen! It was very impressive, and I would recommend Attorney Karen Greene-Lewis to all my friends, coworkers, and family!

Unprofessional and Unproductive!

Let's talk about the JOKE that is the Karen Greene Lewis Law Firm...UNPROFESSIONAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I originally had a consultation at her office that no one showed up for. After about 30 minutes of calling the phone number they had on their social media page that answered as an "un-monitored ...mailbox at Expedia" I left and I wrote a review stating that she was unprofessional for making an appointment she couldn't keep. Days later, I was contacted by Karen with an apology saying there was an "office emergency" and that she would come meet with me at my office and so we met and she was hired on as my attorney. During the four months that she represented me, she did nothing more than attend a court date with results that were not imposed on the insurance company. Each time I called, I wasn't able to speak to Karen who was the actual attorney but rather got bounced around from Brittany to Clair to Ana. Everytime I disagreed with what I was determined by the adjuster, I called her office only to be told "we don't want to piss the insurance company off" and so we did whatever the insurance company advised. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an attorney? There were referrals that sat for 3-4 weeks after approved because the folks at the firm didn't bother to follow up unless I was on their case about it. I was calling the adjuster myself and they threatened to resign then if I didn't stop going around them but if they did their job, I wouldn't have to. This continued for a while until I called to speak about the case and was verbally attacked by a rabid Clair. She was retaliating against me for writing a review saying they were unprofessional for not showing up to the appointment MONTHS ago saying if I didn't change it, they would refuse to continue working with me. She stated in exact words "My dog was sick the day of your consult and I gotta be honest, if it comes down to my dog or you, it's gonna be my dog every time". What? Whoa. I asked to speak to Karen and of course she was not available. She called back and shouted over me telling me my original review had her blood boiling and she was so upset that she couldn't guarantee she was providing grade A service. I allowed her to resign because her emotions were clearly more dominant than her professional logic. When she sent the documentation to me from my case, several pieces were missing and what she has was everything I had. No elevator report which was requested in October and it is now February. If you want to play games with two unprofessional women who don't know how to conduct themselves when their egos are hurt, help yourself but if you want results, your best bet is to steer clear. I am floored by how unproductive my time with the firm was and how unprofessional they were in whole.
