Mr. Martines handles all types of personal injury cases with proven success, including, but not limited to: Auto Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Truck Accidents, Dog Attacks, Slip and Fall accidents, Pool Drownings, and Wrongful Death cases.

Mr. Martines has handled hundreds of land use and zoning matters in Southern Nevada and virtually all land use matters before the City of Henderson from 2007 – 2013 as an Assistant City Attorney. He currently represents the City of North Las Vegas and private developers / land owners in handling land use approvals of all kinds including: Use Permits, Design Reviews, Zone Changes, Vacations, Master Plans, Variances, Development Agreements, Master Sign Plans, and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.

Mr. Martines is a trained prosecutor and is now providing defense representation for clients charged with criminal acts, including drug offenses. It takes the experience of a prosecutor to know how to minimize the effects of a criminal charge.

Mr. Martines is a trained DUI prosecutor and is now providing DUI defense representation for clients charged with drunk driving. It takes the experience of a prosecutor to know how to minimize the effects of a drunk driving charge. This is important when challenging the results of field sobriety tests, the reason for the initial traffic stop, and the breath or blood alcohol test.
