The transmission line was in utility easement procured in the 1800’s that now ... runs through multiple neighborhoods and a golf course. I advised Planning Commission and City Council prior to hearing the Conditional Use Permit (CUP). Personally handled this case from its original denial at Planning Commission, the administrative appeal to City Council, on petition to the Clark County 8th Judicial Dist. Ct., and final appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court. I prevailed in both courts on grounds of administrative and land use / zoning law.
