What divorce attorney would allow their client to sign away all of her rights to a community property estate worth $$ Millions after a 35-year marriage and take a payment of $25,000 + from the opposing spouse to expedite it? Ms. Mushkin further injured my position going into negotiations by canceling... a court date without my permission or knowledge 48 hours prior to the settlement meeting that would have awarded me Attorney's fees of $180K. I do not recommend Ms. Mushkin. In fact, her actions should be reviewed by the State Bar of Nevada.

Rhonda Mushkin and her associate Beth Rosenbloom did outstanding throughout my 6 years working with them. I had many challenges with the military side of divorce and custody and they both did great. From the Office personnel of Christina and Adam to Rhonda and Beth, they are top notch and profess...ional at all they do. They are very honest and straight forward which was nice to work with. Rhonda is active on committees and her professional associations which enables her to stay on top of what is going on. She has many years of experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I have recommended her to many acquaintances.

I had a great experience working with Rhonda and her associate Beth. I would definately say that they are worth every penny. They were there for me every step of my divorce process and made me feel very comfortable during this very hard time of my personal life. I can say that they became part of ...my family. You can difinately find a cheaper attorney but you will not get the results that you would with Rhonda and her team. Rhonda to me is the best attorney in her field. Definately worth every penny.

Rhonda Mushkin came highly recommended from several different and unrelated practicing criminal law attorneys which I work with in my field. One of those attorneys who suggested Rhonda Mushkin put it best "If it were my children I was fighting over custody of, I would go with her". While you will fin...d many practicing attorneys who would be far less expensive, you must remember that you get what you pay for. Not all attorneys are created equal, and I can say with full confidence that while many sacrifices had to be made in order to retain Rhonda's services, they were worth every penny. Knowing that the opposition's counsel was also highly recommended, respected and experienced I knew that I could not sacrifice quality for savings. After all it was potentially losing my child at stake. Having now gone through, surviving and essentially winning my child custody case in almost every way possible (as defendant) I know that had I gone with a run of the mill custody attorney they would not have had the know-how, pizzazz, experience, knowledge and backbone to succesfully counter counsel such as the plaintiff's. Both Rhonda and her associate attorney Beth Rosenblum exceeded even my high expectations and as a father who unjustifiably faced losing his daughter but did not thanks to their efforts; I would retain them again in a heartbeat. You'll find cheaper but you won't find better.
