Received payment for services but did not do anything. Terminated all contact. Missed over 10 appointments made. The paralegal/secretary refused to book appointments after a certain period of time. Missed the deadline of my appeal. I hired a new attorney. However, the delay not only caused negative e...ffects financially, but had had an adverse impact on my career.

Don’t Hire This Law Firm!! They can’t even do a simple speeding ticket!! Alright I hired this Law firm for a simple speeding ticket, paid them good money to get this taken care of so it wouldn’t show on my Insurance. I mean it's so simple that even the stupidest Lawyer should be able to hand...le it, right?? But not Luke Ciciliano, he didn't even do anything with the ticket. Never kept me informed or sent me any information on it at all. So about two weeks after hiring him I called his office and gave the person who answered the phone my case number. They told me that it would all be taken care of and that they would inform me if I needed to do anything. Now this was back in May of 2010.Two weeks ago (June, 2011) I receive word that not only has no one token care of my ticket but I now owe $400 and have a warrant out for my arrest. So I of course call the law firm and leave an “Urgent Message” which is what the secretary called it for him to get back to me. I have now been calling this Law firm for over two weeks with no response and have even sent them over 3 emails through this site and thro his email address that the secretary gave me. I guess that after they receive your money they have no reason for them to do anything for you at all, including taking care of what you pay them for in general. I also think its funny how all the secretaries in their office can only leave a message for them and not able to help you at all with anything else. Man I sure hope he doesn’t pay them a lot case they are pretty much useless. If you pay this law firm any money at all don’t expect to get anything in return but headache. I mean if they can’t even take care of a speeding ticket. How can they handle anything else?

Luke Cicliliano has been a real breath of relief in a family law case that has dragged on for the past three years. He is my 3rd attorney on this matter, but the first to really get the job done! He has made himself available at all hours of the day and night seven days a week. Ready with legal advis...e on my personal situation whenever I may need it. He is never in a hurry to get off the phone, spending many personal hours returning calls and answering reassuring emails. I wish I would have found him three years ago! While most attorneys are clock watching minute chargers only caring how much money they are billing for the time spent on your case, Mr. Ciciliano actually takes the time to be sure you understand what is happening every step of the way and exactly what you are being billed for. I've had an attorney that would charge me just for leaving a message with the secretary to have the attorney return my call. I would never get a call back, but I could always rely on a bill for leaving the message. Mr. Ciciliano will actually call me,even on weekends, to be sure I am comfortable and I understand all that is going on and going to happen in court. He has always been honest and forth coming, even if it was not the answer I was looking for, he always told me what to expect, what I should do and what the outcome would be, and he was always proven correct. He has handled my case in an extremely timely fashion and is well rounded enough to have been able to help me on a matter aside from my family court case in the justice court. If I ever need to obtain an attorney again in the future for any type case I definitely know the lawyer I have on speed dial.

I was in need of settling child custody asap in 2010. I was referred to Luke by a dear friend. Luke was able to set my first consultation within a day of contacting his office. His staff was friendly and always helpful. For follow-ups I was not always available so Luke arranged phone conferences whic...h worked out perfectly for my busy schedule. He had my case wrapped up in less than 30 days. He and his staff are very organized and efficient. His knowledge and professionalism allowed me to feel comfortable and optimistic through my ordeal.

Luke Ciciliano and Associates are VERY good at what they do. I came across his website while helping my husband look for an Attorney to modify his child custody and support with his Ex-wife. I knew from his website alone that he was the one to help us in our horrid situation. We went in for the consu...ltation and he hit every nail on the head, it was like he knew what we wanted before we could finsh speaking. Choosing to have him represent us was one of the best decisions we have ever made for ourselves. He and his staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They all knew exactly what they were doing and talking about. They kept us informed on everything that concerned our case. They were there for us any time we needed to speak with them about anything.
