Received payment for services but did not do anything. Terminated all contact. Missed over 10 appointments made. The paralegal/secretary refused to book appointments after a certain period of time. Missed the deadline of my appeal. I hired a new attorney. However, the delay not only caused negative e...ffects financially, but had had an adverse impact on my career.

I contacted Luke to file my divorce paperwork. He was affordable and the divorce was uncontested and simple so I assumed all would go well. I was wrong. As the say goes, you get what you pay for. Luke provided me with the appropriate paperwork, I completed it as needed and returned it to Luke. A...t this point, months go by as I wait for my divorce to be finalized. Tired of waiting, I called the office to get an update on the status. I did not get a call back. So, I called again. No call back. This because the regular routine for a week or two. After several weeks, Luke finally called and I was told that the paperwork was held up due to some changes the court required. Ok, fine...Luke was going to send the revised documents and I would sign them again. So, I waited, and waited more and the revised documents never showed up. Again, I began to call Luke and his office. They were nearly impossible to reach. When, I finally did speak with Luke, he said he must have emailed the document to the wrong email address and would I repeat if for him and I was promised the documents in 3 hours. Ha... 5 days later I still do not have the documents. Again, I begin calling over and over and finally reach his office receptionist who sets up a phone conference call for Sunday at noon. I thought that was an odd time but I accepted. The time of the call comes and goes and no call from Luke. I called him, left a voicemail and still no response. Luke is like that contractor you hire to build a deck add-on to your house. You pay him upfront, he buys the materials and begins working. Your backyard is a disaster and the deck is unusable and half complete. You call and call and never get an answer and now you have more of a problem than you did before you even started. Thats what its like working with Luke. Enough said. Clearly Not Recommended.

I hired Luke as my divorce attorney. He filed my case with the court, but did not keep me informed on what was going on throughtout the case. Everytime I called he was either not available, scheduled conference calls that had to be rescheduled several times or would not return my calls. He never e...ven called me on a scheduled conference call because he claimed he lost his phone. I made numerous attempts by text, phone messages and no response. My hearing had to be continued due to his negligence in responding to the opposing attorney and not working on my case. There several weeks that he didn't even show up for work. He just left my case hanging.However, he had no problem making sure he got every payment installment from me. Horrible attorney who does not look after his clients best interest.

Luke was very professional and courteous while handling our case. He appears knowledgeable and experienced and assisted to produce a favorable outcome. I would highly recommend using him. However, as he is popularized in family law, he is very busy and sometimes is unable to keep scheduled meetings. ...If you obtain his services, be sure to be proactive on your account and contact his office to schedule appointments with Luke and retain information via phone or e-mail. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided and the attention Ciciliano and Associates provided.

Luke seams to be a decent attorney but his personal life and health interfered with his work. There were multiple instances where appointments and even court dates had to be cancelled and rescheduled. On two separate occasions I was waiting in the courtroom and had no idea if Luke or one of his non-...partnered attorneys was even going to show up. When I did meet with Luke he was appreciatively straight forward and up front. When he did appear in court on my behalf he was professional and prepared. Overall I would still not recommend this law office until it completed an organization and scheduling modification. Communication between the staff (including Luke) and the client (myself) was fair at best.
