Excellent Probate Attorney

I was referred to Elyse Tyrell after a friend found out I was in need of a probate attorney. I had a dear friend pass away unexpectedly and he had left me in charge of "most" of his assets. Unfortunately, my friend did not have everything in order as he thought. It has been a very lengthy, legal o...rdeal. I am thankful for the countless hours Ms. Tyrell and her staff have spent to provide me with peace of mind and to finalize my friends estate. So many people advised me to let everything go but I am glad I had her advice and am doing the right thing to tie up all lose ends so that his estate can be finalized properly. I am thankful and forever grateful for her expertise, time and compassion during such a stressful process.

Our friend, attorney and confidant.

Elyse handled all of our legal issues professionally and compassionately. She removed all of the pain and frustration out of some difficult times, sticking by us through the entire process. We will forever be grateful for all she did for us. Thanks Elyse!

Does not communicate!!!!

I have never seen an attorney that communicates less than she does. She does not care about her clients. She never personally talked to us everything went through her assistant. Still waiting to to get money. Rather than sending certified check she sent a personal check from the firm.
