Elyse is an outstanding attorney. We hired her in 2012 to handle the settlement of my wife’s mother’s estate. Unfortunately, another beneficiary of the estate was being difficult with the settlement of the estate and the distribution of assets was subsequently delayed. Elyse stepped in to protect my ...wife’s rights and we were highly impressed for multiple reasons. First of all, Elyse is simply a very good attorney who knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable in the area of probate and trust matters, and this served us well. Secondly, Elyse is tough and committed. She tenaciously followed through on what needed to be done to seek justice in this matter despite the other parties’ attempted delays and excuses; she did not let them get away with any of it.
