David T. Blake

Dave Blake is a partner with Clear Counsel Law Group. He joined the firm in 2017. He represents businesses and individuals in contract, fraud, business tort, and probate/estate litigation. Before joining Clear Counsel, Dave worked at a boutique litigation law firm with some of the most experienced and respected attorneys in Las Vegas and represented some of Nevada’s prominent businesses. Dave has won cases in state and federal court at trial and on appeal with the Nevada Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit.

Dave is from Blanding, Utah (population 3,375), and likes spending time with his wife and four kids. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Caracas, Venezuela.

• persuaded Nevada Supreme court to reverse judgment against client in excess of $1 million

• represented numerous businesses in non-compete disputes, including prominent national corporation against a competitor
• defended several businesses in derivative litigation by shareholders
• obtained confession of judgment in embezzlement dispute against client’s business partner
• obtained arbitration award in favor of client general contractor against subcontractors
