Once he receives your money he will not pick up the phone or respond to question.

In my opinion this attorney is running a bankruptcy mill. He shows up late for appointments, you can't get him on the phone if you have questions. I would highly suggest finding a different attorney. I ended up filing a complaint with the Nevada State Bar against him.

Bankruptcy

I could not have asked for a better attorney. Filing for bankruptcy isn't an easy decision and it seems scary. I was very afraid. I met with Clear Counsel's Bankruptcy Attorney Matt McArthur, and let me tell you what a wonderful person. He answered all my questions and took the fear about filing bank...ruptcy away completely. He is very knowledgeable and explained every document presented to me in detail. The attorney and his assistant Jill worked with me the whole way through the bankruptcy process. If I had questions his assistant was very attentive and helpful. They took very good care of me. I was extremely nervous about my 341 meeting at the bankruptcy court. My anxiety started to creep up on me. Honestly no big deal. The 341 meeting was a piece of cake. Matt explained in detail what would take place at the meeting. He was absolutely right, and I had nothing to worry about. If you need a bankruptcy attorney then you need Clear Counsel's Matt McArthur.

relax, i got it

Matt was the best lawyeri have ever experienced. Walked in his office feeling defeated, with his straight forward yet relaxed style he totally made me feel better!! even the receptionist Michelle carried that same style, I would highly recommend Matt and ClearCounsel lawgroup!!

Excellent

I recently filed for bankruptcy and I'm glad I went to Matthew. He did a great job at explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He was there from beginning to end. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing to file bankruptcy.

My review experience with Clear Counsel Law Firm. Explain what my did for my case. First, Matt introduced himself to me and asked me why do I want to file bankruptcy. After talking to Matt in his office I knew I would retain him for my bankruptcy lawyer at Clear Counsel Law Firm. I felt comfortable t...alking to Matt regarding my bankruptcy because he was patience and answered all of my questions to make me knowledgeable about bankruptcy court. Also, matt explained to me all three of the credit bureaus concerning my credit debtors. In addition, I can rate Matt overall as trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. Every week I had an updated report on how my bankruptcy was progressing. My experienced with Matt McArthur was excellent and awesome.
