Mr. Hightower did so much for my case, I can't even express how much he helped my son and I. It was a dangerous situation. Without going into details of my case, I will say that this attorney helped to get my son out of a dangerous situation and in so doing, saved his life. Mr. Hightower became so i...nvolved with my case through the course of 6 plus years that he worked on my case. He is the type of attorney that I can text and hear back from him within a few hours. This is not the case with every lawyer and trust me I have worked with my fair share of them. If you need an attorney who will actually pay attention to your case and knows you and the details of your case, this is the attorney for you. He is very experienced. Price was way fair and he did allow me to make payments. I would absolutely recommend this attorney to friends and family. In fact, I already have. I walked into his office in 2012, not knowing the journey that we would find ourselves going through together. It is now 2018, and I am happy to call Mr. Hightower a family friend. It was good having a great attorney and a great person by my side through the tears, heart aches, and the victories. Mr. Clayton has been very helpful and supportive as has his staff. I have only had to be in his office 6 times in the 20 months he has been representing me in my Workers Comp case because he takes care of everything for me. Clayton and his co-workers were extremely helpful and continuously kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my case. Since it was a workers compensation case, Clayton had to keep on them to get things accomplished. Each time I had an issue with a missed or late payment of benefits or problems... with doctors appointments or services not getting approved, Clayton and his team immediately took action to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. When I would get to a point that I was tired of waiting on Workers Compensation, Clayton would talk with me and we would discuss my options at that point and he advised me on what he felt would be the best course of action. As we neared the end, he, again, helped me understand my options and assisted me in coming to what we determined to be the best plan for me moving forward as it pertained to my claim with workers compensation.
